Privacy Policy for Daybreak

Last updated: July 28, 2026

Daybreak (“the app”) is a private sobriety companion developed by Floyd Christian. Your privacy matters, and this policy explains — in plain language — how the app handles your information.

The short version

Daybreak does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Everything you track stays on your device.

Data we collect

None. Daybreak does not require an account, a login, or an email address. Your goals, reflections, journal entries, milestones, and settings are stored locally on your device only. This information is never sent to us or to any third party.

Analytics and tracking

Daybreak contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software. We do not use cookies, device identifiers, or any similar technologies.

In-app purchases

Daybreak offers an optional one-time purchase, “Daybreak Forever,” to unlock additional features. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Apple’s handling of that transaction is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Children’s privacy

Because Daybreak collects no data at all, it collects no data from children. The app is rated 4+.

Your control

All of your data lives on your device. You can delete anything at any time within the app, and uninstalling Daybreak permanently removes all of its data from your device.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
